I felt my stomach sink when John Gregg informed me by telephone that Pat had passed away.  Tom Todd had reached out to inform John Gregg and asked him to let me know.  I knew Pat since 8 FEB 1981 when I started working at UHJ.  We quickly became close friends and began carpooling to work with Linda O'Riley.  The three of us enjoyed much laughter and conversation on our drives  to 8th St. and back to Mandarin.  We frequently dropped little Matthew off at daycare along the way.  Pat was a supporter and confidant to me.  There were so many thoughtful things that Pat did for me and my family over the years that demonstrated what a great heart she had.  I loved her.  RIP my dear friend.
