Paul joined the Air Force and was stationed at Dover Air Force Base. He later worked for Skinners’ Dairy and retired after 37 years of service.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Charles.
Paul is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, Patricia, son, Paul D. Archer, Jr., daughter, Susan A. Reynolds (David), granddaughter, Melissa L. Archer, sister, Dorothy A. Mellon and many dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 11:00 am at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 4115 Hendricks Ave., Jacksonville, FL.
