Penny Ann Dover

Penny Ann Dover, age 79, passed away on August 25, 2022 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on August 20, 1943 in Denver, CO to Roxy and Edith Tramutolo. Penny was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She held several memberships at several Lions Clubs for over 25 years, and was most recently a member of the River City Lions Club.

Penny was preceded in death by her parents, Roxy and Edith Tramutolo; her son, Tommy Dover, Jr.; and siblings Robert, Donnie, Barbara, and Tommy. She is survived by her loving and faithful husband of 62 years, Tommy L. Dover; daughter, Kimberly Lynn Dover; brother, William Dennis Tramutolo; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 12, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Arlington Lions Club, 6523 Commerce Street, Jacksonville, FL 32211. A private burial will occur at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
