

Ralph H. Lynch, age 80, of Saint Johns, FL, formerly of Natrona Heights, PA and Fort Lauderdale, FL, passed away peacefully on July 5th, 2016. Ralph was born in Brackenridge, PA, on February 24, 1936 to Ralph and Hilda Lynch. He graduated from Harbrack High School in 1954. Ralph married Betty on August 3rd, 1960. They were married for 55+ years. Ralph worked at Coca Cola as an Events Manager, Equipment Sales as a welding mechanic and was self-employed as a welding service repair technician. He retired in 2012. He was a volunteer fireman at the Citizens Hose Fire Department (5+ years) and North Andrews Volunteer Fire Department (20+ years). He was the Fire Chief for five years at North Andrews. He enjoyed fishing, sprint car races at Lernerville and airboating in the Everglades. He was also actively involved in First Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale for 50 years. Ralph is survived by his wife, Betty J. Lynch (Burns), daughters Cathy (Peter Washio) and Linda (Robert Dolan), grandchildren Sarah Washio, Matthew Dolan and Patrick Dolan, and siblings MaryAnn Painter and William Lynch, and many nieces and nephews. Ralph is preceded in death by David H. Lynch (son), Ralph and Hilda Lynch (parents) and Lewis and Robert Lynch (brothers). Ralph was loved and well-liked by all who knew him. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to American Heart Association at donatenow.heart.org/ Memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at 4 pm in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin in Jacksonville, FL. with Pastor Steve Schneller, officiating.
