Raylene Sapp, Ms. Raye or Momma Raye to many, passed away Sunday morning, April 24, 2016, after a long battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her mother Jan, father Jimmy C., and sister Cathy. She is survived by her husband Dale; stepchildren Kenny and Misty; granddaughter Caylin; brother Mike and sister-in-law Kathy; niece, Christy; nephew, Corey; great-nephews Brantley and Bryce; step-father Russell; Uncle Jim and Aunt Gina; and many other cousins, family, and friends.
Raylene was a wonderful lady. She always enjoyed taking care of everyone and making them happy. Raye also loved her Cross Creek family and will be sorely missed by all.
Services will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 11:30am. Immediately following a gathering to celebrate her life will be held at Cross Creek Restaurant on Lane Ave. at 12:30pm.
