Richard Curtis Turner Jr., 63, passed away on July 13, 2022 in Orange Park, Florida. He was a native of Jacksonville, Florida born on August 15, 1958 to Richard Curtis Turner Sr., and Betty Jo. He is survived by his mother, Betty Jo Snell; a sister, Deborah Lanier; and a brother, Douglas S. Turner. He was predeceased by his father.
