Robin T. Jackson

Robin T Branch Jackson, age 86, went to be with the Lord on Thursday March 28th, 2019, at the Terrace of Jacksonville. She was born July 14th 1932, in Rentz, Georgia, to her parents Walter and Gladys Dent

She worked for the Duval School Board as a manager for 15 years overseeing that the children received quality and timely breakfast and lunches daily. She went to church every Sunday and giving as much as she could to the church. She enjoyed reading her bible completely at least 3 times. She was a wonderful mother of 5 children, devoting her life to them and her 18 grandkids and 40 great-grandkids.

She is predeceased by her husband, James B. Branch Sr.; her parents, Walter and Gladys Dent; her son, James B. Branch Jr.; her brother, Toby Dent; and her grandson, Brandon Lord.

She is survived by her sisters, AnnNeil Dent of Cadwell, GA and Margaret Dent of Cadwell, GA; her daughter, Mary Rea, of Deltona, FL; her son, Wesly Branch, of Portland OR; her daughter, Linda Lord of Deltona, FL; and daughter, Rachel Flynn, of Jacksonville, FL; son in laws, Elton Rea, Glenn Lord, and Randy Flynn; daughter in laws, Shirley Branch, Janet Branch, and Dolly Branch; grandkids, James B. Branch III, Jason Branch, Michelle Rea Ginn, Melisa Rea, Melodie Rea Bishop, Johnny Rea, Melinda Rea, Joe Rea, Dena Branch James, Jessica Branch Ring, Amanda Branch Ward, Robert Branch, Brandy Lord Kamm, Ricky Untermeyer Jr., Ashley Flynn Foley, Brittany Flynn Johnson, and Danielle Flynn; and 40 great grandkids!!

She was truly blessed with the most beautiful family god could have given her.

We would like to add our special thanks to the Vitas Hospice Health Care Team; Tammy, Holly, & Edwina, for their daily help in treating, monitoring, caring, and giving their time and tender loving care of hugs and kisses everyday to our mother. Also, to the chaplain David Osachy for his special prayers.

Also, to the Terrace of Jacksonville for all they do everyday giving the same special care to mom. All the nurses and CNA’s who gave her so much wonderful care hugging and giving her kisses everyday and their special care that made her day much better everyday.

The Terrace of Jacksonville and the team of Vitas Hospice made the impossible a little more possible, giving her peace and comfort we can not thank you enough for your contributions to this world.

A Graveside Service will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 Main St N, Jacksonville, FL 32206 in Gate 1 with Ricky Untermeyer Sr. Officiating.
