Roy Timmerman Browning, 49, of Jacksonville FL, passed away on Saturday May 18, 2013. He is survived by his children Brian Brewer, Cari Messer, Joshua Browning, Terra Browning and his fiancé Angela Parrish. Son of Penny and Frank Collins. Tim has 4 grandchildren. He will be truly missed by his friends and family. Preceded in death by his father Bruce Browning and his brother Michael Browning. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
