

Rozanne Denise Hirko Langley, 74, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2017. Born and raised in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, Rozanne relocated to Florida to raise her family where she worked as a bookkeeper for Pasco County Schools. She returned to school at the University of North Florida to obtain her degree in Criminal Justice and volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for children’s welfare in Northeast Florida. Before her retirement, she was employed at Lexis Nexis and traveled the world extensively to train clients on software programs. Rozanne was a true giver, always helping anyone in need and had the utmost love and devotion for her family and friends. Rozanne is predeceased by her fiancé, Peter Grennan Frederickson. She is survived by her children, Denise Ann Miles of Lutz, Florida, Gina Marie Quick of Atlantic Beach, Florida and Cydnie Lee Forrest of Jacksonville, Florida; her grandchildren, Helen Linnea Miles (Brandon Sotomayor), Kimberly Elise Bettin (Sean), Emily Katheryn Miles (Joel Abshier), Adrena Rose Forrest, Taylor Grennan Forrest and Zachary Michael Huff; her great-grandchildren Lylah Rose Sotomayor and Kali Ann Bettin; her siblings Stephen Ronald Hirko (Joanne) of Sunrise, Florida, Marilee Antellocy (Joseph) of Winter Haven, Florida; and her beloved cat Buddy. A Celebration of Rozanne’s Life will be held on Saturday, December 16th at 2 p.m. in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. Memorial Donations in memory of Rozanne may be made to the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program.
