I just found out about Ruth's passing and am so very sorry.  She made us smile, laugh and touched many lives. Will miss her!

Ruth was an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be missed.

Ruth was such a dynamic person.  Her service to others was remarkable.  She devoted years of her life to helping young women further their education through the Miss Jacksonville and Miss First Coast pageants.  She provided donations for the scholarships and wise advice not only about the pageant system but life itself.  She was a wonderful friend and inspired many to donate their time in service to others.  She will be missed.
