Sandy Ferrigno passed away surrounded by her devoted husband and daughter on Thursday June 18, 2015. During her 66 years she was lucky enough to live in several different countries and travel all the world, but finally settled down in Jacksonville, Florida with her family in 1984.
Sandy was an invaluable ICU registered nurse for Speciality Hospital for 25 years. Those who knew and loved her will miss her greatly. Sandy enjoyed traveling on cruise liners with her husband as well as the simple pleasures of tending to her garden and fruit trees with her little dog, Hannah, by her side.
Born to Edward R. Sullivan and Christine G. Sullivan in Wilmington, North Carolina, Sandy was the beloved wife of James A. Ferrigno and the devoted mother of daughter, Becky Hall and son, Colby Norris. She was a loving grandmother to Trevor Starling, Katie Hall and Alexis Norris. Beloved sister to Michael Sullivan, Kelly Richardson, Christy Senasac and brother-in-law, Andrew Senasac. Sandy also had a great love for her nieces and nephews, Travis Sullivan, Lisa Richardson, Todd Senasac, Drew Senasac and Carly Dukes along with great niece, Blakely Ann.
A memorial service will be held in her honor at eleven o’clock in the morning at Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida 32207
