Scott Owen Vincent, 55, passed away on February 23, 2016 in Palatka, FL. Scott was born in Jackson, MI and moved to Florida in 1991. In the past Scott owned multiple restaurants and most recently created an app called Jokieoke.com filled with games and jokes. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the great outdoors.
He is survived by his parents, Elbert and Carolyn Vincent of St. Johns, FL and brother, Timothy L. Vincent of Salt Lake City, Utah.
