Born in Kansas City on October 15th, 1950, he was full of life from beginning to end.
Steve had courageously fought a battle with cancer for nearly 6 years with great dignity and without complaint.
Steve leaves behind a loving wife Beverly and three wonderful children Kiel, Michelle and Chris.
In addition he is survived by stepmother Shirley and two brothers Andrew Jason Trego and Philip "Mitch" Trego as well as many caring grandchilden, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Those who knew Steve remember him as loving, full of humor and ready to freely give a helping hand. He was an ardent member of the Kansas Patriot Guard and an advocate for prostate cancer prevention and cure.
The man will be sorely missed. Shine on.
