DYER, Theodore M. “Ted” Dyer, 95, passed in peace on Saturday, July 6, 2019. Mr. Dyer was predeceased by his wife, Nellie E. Dyer; a daughter, Emily M. Dyer; and two grandchildren. He is survived by 3 children: Robert Dyer (Cecilia), Terry Collins (Kim) and Elaine Fraser; 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. Ted was proud of his military service in WWII and Korea, being a deacon in his church, being a Mason and obtaining the 33rd degree in the Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, retiring from JEA with 35 years of service and rooting for the Florida Gators! He loved the Lord, his family and friends. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 27 at Franklin Street Baptist Church, 2521 Franklin St., Jax., FL 32206.
