Lieutenant Colonel – US Army Retired - Tomas Carrillo passed away, of natural causes, Monday, March 12, 2018. Born May 12, 1926 in Mameyes, Puerto Rico. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Leah Jean Blanco Carrillo; son, Mark Carrillo; daughter-in-law, Sheri Rackley Carrillo; son, John Carrillo and grandchildren, Taylor Lee Carrillo and Coleman Tomas Carrillo.
Funeral Service will be held at the Jacksonville National Cemetery on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
