Willard had a career in Public Service for The City of Jacksonville where he retired in 1998. After a year of retirement he decided to go back to work part time at Walmart in the garden center. He left Walmart in 2014.
He loved to fish, garden and spend time with family. He is survived by his daughters Ruthie Allred and Kelly Bliss, a grandson Owen Bliss and a brother Lancie Hodges, Jr. and a sister Loretta McTyre.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 11:00 am, January 29, 2021 at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL.
