William "Bill" Barrett

He was a proud graduate of Saint Paul's Catholic High School class of 1948.

He was predeceased, earlier this year, by the love of his life, wife, Marie Sortin Barrett;

daughter, in 1987 Joan Marie Witt; and brother, Francis S. Barrett.

Mr. Barrett is survived by son, Robert Barrett of Callahan, Fl.; daughter and son-in-law, Susan & Robert Pollett, Jacksonville, Fl.; granddaughter, Heather Witt Hicks & husband Bradley; grandson, Ryan Pollett; granddaughter, Chelsea Pollett and great grandson, Maverick James Hicks. He is also survived by sister-in-law, Jule Barrett, Miramar, Fl.; brother-in-law, Dr. Frank Sortin & wife Johanna, Houston, Tx.; and several loving nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Monday, Nov. 24, 2014 11:00am at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206 (enter thru gate 2).
