Mother, It has amost been a month since you left me here on this earth....I am forever changed. I can't describe it to you; although I know you see me. I am so hurt, I can't help it. I know I should be rejoicing that your pain is gone but I am in a black hole.....I need you Mother; you did not need me, I needed you. We're sorry to hear about Edith. She was a good neighbor and friend even though we didn't see each other often. She will be missed.
We didn't know she was gone until after the funeral.

When i think of the passing of Edith Lausterer ,I think of the song "WISH YOU WERE HERE" for many years she has yearned to see her True Love (Mr.Shorty) What a Humble man he was and her heaven father and her Dad and Mother and Brother. What a family reunion and celebration in her heavenly home.There is so many words that could be said about Edith ,But one word sum her up to gloryland  (CHARITY) That is the greatest gift of all.Edith showed LOVE and she would express her love to you with no doubt you knew Edith loved you .Diana David Jeff I know you will miss your mother but on Sept 28,2013 God Healed her,gave her a new body ,no more pain or sorrow she is rejoicing now.May God Be with you all.My prayer is as Edith's Children that you look to the Lord for your strength he's always there when you feel you are all alone,he will never leave you or forsake you. My deepest sympathies to the Lausterer family.  I absolutely adored Edith and thought of her often.  There are no words that anyone can offer you at this time that will bring comfort.  Hold tight your memories and let the tears flow. My one constant thought is that "she is at home and at peace...and the next time you see her, it will be forever".

I am so sorry for your loss. Edith was always such a sweet woman. I know her health recently was not good and now I know she is at peace and not suffering. 
God will comfort you all during this sad time. Love you all.

Diana, so sorry for your loss. No words can say " I know how you feel", because no one does until they have been thru it. I went thru it with my parents within 14 month apart. It was real though. These 2 people were my soul mates, my teachers. my teacher of God and love of each other. It's been 13 years and I miss them more every day. And I talk to my Dad everyday. Always keep them in your heart and you're be ready to meet them in GLORY!!.

Dearest Diana, David and Jeffrey along with your families: Words are so empty when trying to say all you want to about someone as special as your Mom. She was indeed a spectacular women and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her can say the same. Just know this: A large gathering of our family were front and center when her name was called and although we mourn for her loss there is much to be celebrated. She is with so many who have longed to be with her and have her smile once again light up their lives. So, go about your life now with a new song. Continue her work as a Soldier of God and a Bearer of Good Tidings. That's what I intend to do as I remember her at this time. God Bless you all at this sorrowful moment. I love you guys always! My thoughts and prayers go out to the family!  She was such a sweet person and a blessing to all who knew her.  Take comfort in knowing she is walking the streets of gold and singing praises!!  I remember visits with her at aunt Lillies house many times, she always had a kind word and made everyone feel like part of the family.

Sincere condolences to the family. For a follower of Jesus, Sister Edith's  greatest achievement was finishing the race and entering into her heavenly reward. Sister Edith ran the race well, and all those words of encouragement to her children and grandchildren came from a child of God who knew with certainty that all the promises in the book were hers. She not only knew about God, she KNEW God.
