My cousin, Johnny, was such a happy part of my childhood.  We had so much fun together & I have such great memories of us all getting together at my house with Johnny, Kathy, Patty & my Aunt Dean & Uncle Bob (their parents) or going to their house.  
I'm so proud of the fine man, father & person Johnny grew into &that he still had that great sense of humor.  I still miss Aunt Dean & Uncle Bob so much!  Aunt Dean had such a great sense of humor too, especially when her & my mom were together.  Mom still misses her terribly.  
I try to take comfort in knowing they're all together again.  
Kathy, Patty, Martha & his children, and all family, you're all in my thoughts & prayers!

Max, We were saddened to hear the news about your dad.  I know that he had been ill for quite a while.  We will be praying for you and your family.

My deepest condolences on the death of John. He was a great mentor, friend to me through the years. I first worked for him as a E-3 at Med Battlion in 1987/88. He made my first experience with the Marine Corps fun. His sea storys were funny and lengendary, and as I matured in the Hosptial Corp, I would always share his storys about leadership and having fun in the field. (He told me no field op is complete without beer in the field, and you cant forget the TV and VCR....lol!) He always made me laugh. With my deepest sympathies, Richard Spain, HM1, FMF/SW

I'm sorry to see this.  He was a good guy around here at the hospital when he was active duty and afterward.  He was missed when he went to main side and even moreso now.  May peace be with you and your family
