Mary Sanders Allen, 91 of Holly Ridge, passed away Friday morning at her residence.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Martin Anthony Allen, brothers Franklin Sanders, Sheperd Sanders, Kenneth Sanders and Cooter Sanders, and her sister Vera Henderson.
Mary is survived by her sons Stanley Roger Allen, Tony Dale Allen, Larry Dean Allen, and Mark Davey Allen all of Holly Ridge, her brother Herbert “Whitey” Sanders of Haws Run, 9 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation for Mary will be held at the Folkstone Original Free Will Baptist Church on Monday afternoon at 1 PM. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 2 PM with Rev Tommy Yopp and Rev Cliff Wilson officiating. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday morning at Onslow Memorial Park at 11 AM with burial to follow.
