We had the pleasure of meeting Ross through my brother when we first moved to Jacksonville. He immediately became like family. We got to meet the wife and kids shortly after and saw what a lucky man he was to have such a loving family. He was such a nice guy and that smile was ALWAYS on his face, you'd never see him not smiling. You will be missed my brother and never forgotten. Don't worry because Shawn and Cyndy will be watching over Sandy and the kids and if they need anything they can call us. You will for ever be in our hearts. Until we meet again.

Our families, the Caro Family and the Lozano Family grew up together as a close knit family in the small town of Falfurrias, Texas with the boys being as close as brothers. It is with much sadness and heavy hearts that we learn of the loss of your loved one Rosendo. Our thoughts and prayers are with your families as you go through this most difficult time and may Rosendo's soul rest in peace. Rosalinda, Rene, Tina, Patricio Jr and Demelza G. Lozano
