Family will be receiving friends at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home, on Thursday, June 5, 2025, from 1 until 2 p.m. Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel. Will be laid to rest at Walker Memory Gardens. Daniel Gann and Colin Long will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Maxwell Moody Sr.; father, Bryant Warr; mother, Mary Lou Kennedy; brothers, Tommy Warr, Kenneth Warr and John Warr.
She is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, James Light; children, Cindy Moody Robbins, James M. Moody Jr. (Denise), Charsley Meeks (Steve), Brenda Coann, Charlotte Hess (Jerry), Pamela Lively, Dianne Light and many grand and great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
We will miss the precious, Godly woman but we will see her again riding on her “White Horse”. Thank you for all the love and support. All are invited for food at the Storehouse in Jasper, AL after the funeral.
