Family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, from 10 until 11 a.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery in Sipsey at 11:30 a.m., on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, directed by Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Blake Prater will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her husband Billy McClendon; son, Tyler McClendon and parents, Gene and Edna Freeman and Wayland Sherer.
She is survived by her mother, Wilene Sherer; brother, Phillip Freeman (Nancy); stepsisters, Conra Reeves (Kelly) and Madonna Benson (Danny); half-brother, Jeff Freeman; sister-in-law, Netta Parrish and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
