Mary Ellen Romine Bonner, 76, of Oakman, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at Walker Baptist Medical Center. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 1, 2017, from 1 until 2 p.m. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 1, 2017, at 2 p.m. in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Tubbs Church of Christ Cemetery. Steve Vice will officiate. Bonner was preceded in death by her parents, James Mac Fletcher Romine and Christina Coggins Romine; and brothers, Maxwell Ernest Romine and Elton Gwin Romine. She is survived by her husband, Jimmie Lance Bonner; children, Pam Vice (Steve), Jeff Bonner (Dina), Joe Bonner, Jan Avery (Bobby Joe), Karen Cates (Ricky), and James Bonner (Larinda); 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Romine Tubbs (Dual); sister-in-law, Kathy Romine; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
