Olive Rose Norris, 94, died Sunday, May 7, 2017, at Prattville Baptist Hospital.Visitation will be held at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home, Thursday, May 11, 2017, from 12 until 1 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery with Mike Gurganus officiating. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter W. Norris; son, Kenneth “Ken” Norris; parents, William Thomas Rose and Irene Busby Rose; son-in-law, Bill Hays. She is survived by three daughters, Lois Hays, Laina Goodson (Randall) and Norma Willette Lyle (Tommy); seven grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She previously was a member of Chelsea Church of Christ and was a resident of Prattville Health and Rehab, where she was provided with loving care.
