Mr. Randall Ray Cooner

Randall Ray Cooner, 46, of Townley, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham. Visitation will be today, April 14, 2016, from 6 until 8 p.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, April 15, 2016, at 11 a.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Beech Grove Cemetery in Townley. Pastor Jackie Adcox will officiate. Cooner was preceded in death by his mother, Eula Mae Files Cooner; grandparents, Stella Guthrie Files Elliott, Bruce Files, Elzie Cooner and Nancy Cooner; uncle, Leon “Pete” Files; nephew, Bridger Ty Foy; father-in-law, Stanley E. Phillips; and brother-in-law, Gary Bonner. He is survived by his wife, Vickie Phillips Cooner; father, Herman S. Cooner; brother, Wayne Cooner (Cheryl); sister, Pat Cooner Bonner; special nephews, Braxton Taylor Foy and Jordan Cooner; nephews, Jeff Cooner (Kathy), Darren Cooner, Stephen Bonner, Logan Cooner and Kegan Cooner; nieces, Madison Cooner and Bristol Love Foy; great-niece, Baleigh Cooner; sisters-in-law, Christina Cooner (Tim) and Darlene Foy (Larry); mother-in-law, Martha Phillips; special little brother, Hanson Edgil; close friends and employer, Jay Saul and Juan Miguel; special friends, Pastor William C.
