Family will be receiving at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home, on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, from 12 until 1 p.m. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Walker Memory Gardens. Joe Daniels will officiate.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John Elzie Parnell Sr. and Minnie Elizabeth Heacock Parnell; and siblings, John Parnell Jr (Christina), Jerry Parnell and Patricia Parnell Martin (Chester).
He is survived by his twin sons, Andrew Judson Parnell (Lindsey) and Clayton Sullivan Parnell (Deidra); his grandchildren, Archie, Harper, Dylan and Olivia; his twin brother, Donald Hudson Parnell Sr. (Carol); sister, Dana Bonham (Jay) and a host of nieces, nephews, and their families.
Pallbearers will be Donald Parnell Jr, David Parnell, John Brock, Trey Bonham, John Hataway and Ryne Martin.
