Terry Joe Lawson Terry Joe Lawson, 58, of Jasper, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014, at Walker Baptist Medical Center. The family will receive friends Friday, Dec. 12, 2014, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., in the parlor at Kilgore–Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, Dec 12, 2014, at 1 p.m., in the Kilgore–Green Chapel. Kennith Bishop will officiate. Burial will be in the New Hope Cemetery in Sipsey. Lawson was preceded in death by his father, James A. Lawson Sr.; mother, Minnie Lee Lawson; brothers, James A. Lawson Jr. and Larry Lawson; and sister, Patsy Kershell. He is survived by his brothers, Charles Lawson, Leroy Lawson and Billy Joe Lawson; sisters, Wilma Heagney (Paul), Peggy Chambers, Barbara Kimbrell and Ann Harrison (John); and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
