William John Clayton Farmer, 39, of Jasper, passed away Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019, at his residence.
Family will receive friends Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019, from 4 pm until 6 p.m. at Blooming Grove Baptist Church. Service will follow at 6 p.m., with Kilgore-Green Funeral Home directing. J.D Dickerson will officiate.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Baricevich, and Clayton and Helen Farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Farmer; children, Lily Farmer, Cassidy Farmer, and Allison Snow; parents, William R. and Deb Farmer; brother-in-law, Mark Short; sister-in-law, Stephanie Short; grandparents, Betty Baricevich; in-laws, Shelia Snow and Mark Short Sr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
He proudly served in the United States Navy from 2000 until 2007 in operation IRAQI Freedom. He was aboard the USS Nimitz CVN-68. He was an avid star wars fan and loved his family dearly, and also attended the Blooming Grove Baptist Church.
