Joyce L. Fowler

Joyce married Charles Fowler on May 9, 1982, who survives her. Joyce has a close bond with both of her sisters, Iona Kitko of Wooten, OH and Shirley Hickman of Vestaburg, PA.

Joyce loved and cherished her children and especially her grandchildren: Son Robert Fowler, Grandson Robert Fowler Jr, and Granddaughter Jade Fowler. of Waynesburg, PA. Daughter Christina Fowler of Jefferson PA and Granddaughter Katelyn Orndoff of Saberton, WV.

Joyce was a substitute janitor at Jefferson Morgan School district for many years.

She loved her dog, Harley. She always enjoyed a great scary movie, if you were going to “Mamaw’s” or “Little Grandmas” you knew you were watching something scary. She also enjoyed campfires with her husband Chuck on warm summer nights, something those two often enjoyed in their 43 years of marriage.

Joyce was always there to lend an ear and give you advice when you needed it the most. She is finally at peace with both of her parents Maggie and James Erler.
