He was born June 6, 1939, in Deemston Boro, a son of the late Lewis E. and Hazel E. Christopher Buckingham.
Norman worked as a security supervisor for ArcelorMittal Steel Company in Ohio.
On May 28, 1957, he married Jean Harshman, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, David (Sherri) Buckingham and Dale (Christine) Buckingham; three grandchildren, Christopher, Courtney and Adam; a brother, L. Elwood Buckingham and a sister, Darla Ostovic.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, the hour of funeral services in the Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P.
