

She was born September 26, 1924 in Bristol, WV, a daughter of the late Earl and Mary Ellen Prunty Holbert. Mrs. Montgomery was a seamstress at the former Greenway Manufacturing Company and lived in Jefferson most all of her life.
She was Methodist by faith.
Surviving are two daughters, Mary Annette Fotta Harrison and her husband Craig of Brooklyn, OH, and Pamela Rinehart Justice and her husband Max of Pt. Marion; three grandchildren, Robert Cameron, John P. Keller and Brittany Fonner; a great-granddaughter, Hope Serinity Keller, two sisters, Frances Yankora of Jefferson, and Shirley Holt of Grindstone; and a brother Willard “Buzz” Holbert of Jefferson.
Deceased are a daughter, Barbara Fotta; a brother, Chester Holbert (Earl C. Holbert); and a sister, Alice Ann Holbert.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 10, 2011 with the Rev. Bruce Judy officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson.
