She was born July 31, 1959 in Waynesburg, a daughter of Irene Jenkins Bell of Spraggs and the late Robert Bell.
Ms. McNett was a Waynesburg Central High School graduate and was a foster care parent for over 10 years.
Surviving in addition to her mother is her long-time companion, David Chesney; six children, Chassity (Edward) White of Greensboro, Tanya (Randy) Hamilton of Finleyville, Janelle (Gary) White of Fredericktown, Eva Nopowaskey of Richeyville, Shawn Chesney of Clarksville, and Brandon Chesney of Clarksville; 13 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; two brothers, John Bell of Spraggs and Robert Bell of Spraggs; three sisters, Sandy Bell of Fairmont, WV, Loretta Efaw of Sycamore, and Debbie Statler of Morgantown, WV.
