Carol was born in Rochester, NY and moved to Port St. Lucie 28 years ago coming from Stuart, Fl.
She was a member of the Moose Lodge #1690 in Jensen Beach, FL.
Survivors include son David Dixon of Port St. Lucie, FL, daughter Diane O’Neal (Jeff) of Port St. Lucie, FL, two sisters Linda Hoffman (Scott) of Palm City, FL, Sharon Witt (Robert) of Palmyra, NY, brother Raymond P. Cooke (Barbara) of Franklin, NC, one grandson Jeffery D. O’Neal, and several nieces and nephews.
Carol was predeceased by husband John D. Dixon.

Visitation will be on Sunday, October 30, 2011 from 11:00 to 1:00PM with a service following at 1:00 at Aycock Funeral Home, Jensen Beach, FL.
