John P. McNamara

John was born in New York, NY and moved to Jensen Beach, Florida 39 years ago, coming from New York.

Prior to retirement John worked for the United States Postal Service for 37 years.

He served in the National Guard, a member of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus and Elvis Presley’s number one fan.

Survivors include son, Patrick McNamara and daughter Kerry Reese both of Port St. Lucie, FL, three grandchildren, Kacie Reese, Aaron McNamara, and Kerry McNamara; brother Andrew McNamara of Manorville, NY; and his cherished Siamese cats Sonny and Cher.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 2555 NE Savannah Road, Jensen Beach, FL 34957.

A Memorial Mass will be on Saturday, June 11, at 1:30PM at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Jensen Beach, FL.
