Marie Ruth Yurillo

Marie Ruth Yurillo (Lozito) was born December 15, 1927 in Patterson, New Jersey. She was the Eldest sibling of 3 brothers, Charlie, Benjamin, and Dr. Joseph. She meet William Yurillo, whom became her childhood sweetheart, they married in 1951. In 1955 they welcome their first son William. Two years later they welcomed their first and only daughter Joanne. In 1958 they moved to Jensen Beach, Florida. They welcomed their last child, a son, James.

Marie was a member of the Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She held many jobs, Outrigger Marina & Resort, St. Joseph college of Florida, bookkeeper for her husband’s construction company & bookkeeper for Creative Fireworks Company Inc. Her last job was Parish Secretary Bookkeeper at St. Martin De Porres for 33 years. She also was a charter member of St. Martin De Porres. After retiring from bookkeeping at St. Martin De Porres, she would volunteer weekly to help count collections. She was devoted to her Catholic religion, as Eucharistic Minister, morning & nightly devotions, encouraged her grand-children to complete their Catholic Sacraments.

Marie was preceded in death by, her parents Joseph Sr & Frances Lozito. Her siblings, Charlie Lozito, Benjamin Lozito & Joseph Jr Lozito. Her eldest son, William Yurillo. Survivors include her children Joanne & James Yurillo. Grandchildren Allison McLendon, Sarah McLendon, Victoria Yurillo, James Yurillo ll & John Yurillo.
