Maverick Matthew Lafferty

Maverick was born on August 8th, 1989, in Kansas City, KS to Melvin Dewayne Lafferty and Tawnia Kelley. On August 27th, 2010, he married the love of his life Jessica Rachelle Creach. They have three wonderful children, Maverick Matthew Lafferty Jr. 10 years old, Liam Frederick Lafferty 8 years old and Audrey Rachelle Lafferty 4 years old. Jessica and his children were the center of his life.

Maverick was a very giving person; he was always there when someone needed help. He loved all children and loved playing with them and helping them learn new things. He was passionate about software development, gaming and flying. Maverick loved to fly airplanes and was the family pilot. He always looked for a reason to go flying. He also loved gaming and gaming development.

He is survived by his wife Jessica, his children, Matthew, Liam and Audrey and by his adopted family Bill and Sharla Creach, brother Charles Creach, SIL Samantha Creach, SIL Lindsay Creach, brothers Bill Creach and Fred Creach, and his nephews Brock, Chance, Jameson, Dalton Creach, and nieces Savannah and Eva Creach. He is also survived by his mother Tawnia Kelley, father Melvin Lafferty,sisters Kelli Lafferty, Caitlin Cook, Kylie Lafferty, Valerie Jacobsen , brothers Tyler & Troy, aunts Lorene Hendrickson, Barbara Schaffer, Patricia Miller, Sandra Rosenthal, Lori Loggins & Jennifer Jacobson, uncles Robert & John Lafferty, Tommy Shavers III, Chris Jacobsen and a wonderful grandmother Mary Shavers. We will all miss Maverick very much.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Maverick Matthew Lafferty on Friday 7/9/2021 at the Aycock Funeral Home located at 950 NE Jensen Beach Blvd, Jensen Beach, FL. Visitation and viewing will be from 4 to 6 PM, Services at 6 PM, and a celebration dinner at 6:45 PM. All at the same location.
