Keven Scott Catoe, age 58, of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at his residence. He was born in West Columbia, South Carolina a son of William Edward Catoe, Jr. and Helen Hrablook Catoe. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Glenn Catoe.
Keven was a graduate of Daniel Boone High School and of the Christian faith. He had worked twenty years for the City of Johnson City and was currently working for Home Shopping Network. He enjoyed playing Frisbee Golf.
He is survived by his mother, Helen Catoe; one sister-in-law, Mo Catoe; one nephew, Jason Catoe; one great nephew, Zim Catoe; several other nieces, nephews and cousins; and finance, Tammy Fields and daughter, Deven.
There will be no formal service held.
