Oaklee "Beanie" Rose Cook

Oaklee “Beanie” Rose Cook, 7 month old daughter of Chad and Breanna Cook, of Johnson City, TN, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022, at the Niswonger Children’s Hospital. She was born in Johnson City, Tennessee. Oaklee was preceded in death by her paternal great grandfather, Jack Carder; maternal great grandmother, Tina Brummitt; and one aunt, Rose Hartley.
Oaklee known as Beanie to her family was their ray of sunshine who always had a smile and loved anything with multi-colors.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by maternal grandparents, Tina and Roger Julian, and Kenneth and Laura Brummitt; paternal grandmother, Mary Carder; aunts, Cheyenne, Lexie, Brylee, Kinsley, Kennedal, and Reanna; uncle, Chris Carder and wife Jordan and their daughter, Kinslee; and a host of cousins.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 12:00PM until 1:00PM at Monte Vista Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 1:00PM with Pastor Chris Carder officiating. A Private Committal Service and Interment will be held in the Garden of Angels at Monte Vista Memorial Park.
Family request that everyone wear bright and cheerful colors to the service to honor Oaklee.
