Barbara June Parks, 92, of Johnstown, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Johnstown Pointe. She was born on April 16, 1932 in Columbus, OH, a daughter to the late Charles and Velma (Graham) Parlow. Barbara was a lifelong member at Harmony Church. She loved eating at Watts Restaurant and enjoyed her yearly trips to Las Vegas. Barbara is survived by her daughters, Diana Cox and Susan (Steve) Harrison; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Norman “Neil” Parks; son, Roger Parks; one grandchild; one great-grandchild and sister, Maxine. The family would like to give a special thanks to Bella Care Hospice and STNA’s and Nurses at Johnstown Pointe who took loving care of her. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Harmony Church, 7951 Harmony Church Rd., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the church with Pastor Kevin Ashbrook officiating. Interment will be at Green Hill Cemetery.
