He is survived by his parents, Brent and Shelly Marohl, brothers Brent (Yvonne) Marohl Jr., Chad (Shadow) Marohl, his sisters Selena Minix, Caitlin Marohl, maternal grandfather Vance (Fran) Minix and paternal grandmother Arlene Marohl, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, and many good friends. Dakota was a graduate of Johnstown HS Class of ’12, and played football for the Johnnies.
Dakota is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Bertie Minix, paternal grandfather Ronald Marohl, and uncle Larry Armintrout.
Friends may call at the Crouse- Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 North Main Street, in Johnstown, on Thursday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Friday August 23, 2013 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Dan McLaughlin officiating. Interment will be at the Green Hill Cemetery in Johnstown.
