David was born in Columbus, Ohio on May 28, 1957 to Rhodes and Mary (Morgan) Cleveland.
He is survived by his mother Mary, daughters Lauren Cleveland, Megan Cleveland and Jennifer Callicoat, grandchildren Alexxis, Jayden, Brandon Jr. and Xander; his brother Thomas Alan (Diann) Cleveland and his sister Kathy Cleveland Reppart, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A member of the JHS Class of ’75, he worked for MAC Tools, loved to work on cars, write and play his own music on his guitar, and mostly to spend time with his children and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Crouse-Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home, 225 North Main St Johnstown at 10:00 am on Saturday May 9, 2015 with interment in Green Hill Cemetery officiated by Rev. Calvin Alexander. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. An online memorial will be at www.ckfraley.com.
