DeWayne A. Samples, 51, of Alexandria, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Licking Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be 1 PM on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N. Main Street, Johnstown. Inurnment will be in Deerfield Cemetery at a later date.
DeWayne was born May 21, 1961 in Columbus, OH. He was owner and operator of Alexander’s Drain and Septic, Alexandria, OH. He was an avid bowler and was a big The Ohio State University Buckeye fan.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Kevin) Nickerson of Canal Winchester, son, Christopher (Candy) Samples of Alexandria, mother, Patricia Alexander of Mesa, AZ, father, Ben (Judy) Samples of Westerville, two brothers, Danny Samples of Alexandria, David Samples of CA, four grandchildren, Brenden and Logan Nickerson, Dakota and Julia Samples. Preceded in death by his wife, Diana Samples.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at the funeral home from 11 am to 1 PM.
