Geneva B. Jones

Geneva B. Jones 90, of Johnstown went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 6, 2012. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Miller Memorial United Methodist Church 5241 Miller Church Rd., Johnstown, OH with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating. Interment to follow at Green Hill Cemetery, Johnstown, OH.

Geneva was born on January 28, 1922 in Licking County, OH to the late Floyd and Pearl (Cramer) Smith. Geneva retired from Tech International after 27 years of dedicated service. She was a life long member of Miller Memorial United Methodist Church.

Geneva is survived by her daughters; Cynthia James of Lakeland, FL., Rosalie (John) Brainard of Lockbourne, OH, step-son; Larry (Diane) Jones of Shreveport, LA., grandson Joshua (Heather) Brainard, step granddaughters Shelly (John) Carrouth, Shannon (Bill) Ahern, five great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.

Geneva is preceded in death by her husbands Orville Wade and M. Dwight Jones, brothers Wilbur, Rex, and Raymond Smith, sisters Janette Johnson, Ann Smith, and Ruby Conard

Family will receive friends on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 5 to 8 pm at Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N Main St., Johnstown, OH. Memorial contributions can be made in loving memory of Geneva to Miller Memorial United Methodist Church.
