Preceded in death by husband, Donald S. Neff; parents, John and Wave Williams; great-grandson, Tommy.Loving mother to devoted children, Debbie (Tony) Shaub of Johnstown, Bob (Carol) Neff of Chicago, Connie (Tom) Harst of Johnstown; sister, Ann Moxley; grandchildren, Brandie and Brian, Jeremy and Christina, Brian and Aimee, Jeff and Alaine, Heather, Hannah and Christopher, Cortney, Trevor and Melisa, Andrea and Jessy; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Makenzi, Hailee, Hailey, Brice, Chase, Wyatt, Blake, Skyler, Riley Jean, Brayden, Baby Bowen, Baby Harrelson.Funeral Service 11 AM Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Miller Memorial UMC, 5241 Miller Church Rd., Johnstown, OH where the family will receive visitors from 10 AM until time of service.
