Vickie Lynn Angle

Vickie Lynn Angle, 76, of Johnstown, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Johnstown Pointe. She was born on November 6, 1949 in Williamson, West Virginia to the late Robert and Virginia Daryl (Simpkins) Webb.

She retired from the Village at Westerville after years of service helping others and fulfilling her role as a Housekeeping Aide. She also enjoyed being a homemaker and childcare giver while she was raising her sons.

She married the love of her life Stephen D. Angle in 1970 and built a wonderful life together for 41years, prior to his passing in 2011, and now they are reunited in heaven.

Vickie loved country music and dancing, whether on a dance floor or simply shimmying in a chair. She enjoyed watching Buckeye and Steelers football. She flourished around family and friends and met no strangers. She loved her snacks and go-to snacks were Lays chips, Pepsi or tea and Reese cups. A song that will forever spark the memory of Vickie is Patsy Cline's- Crazy, as she would always sing, " I'm crazy, crazy for feeling so blue".

Vickie is survived by her children, Teresa Tye, Stephen D. Angle II (Angie) and Shaun A. Angle; grandchildren, Brandon Mullins, , Brandon (Kameron) Angle, , Abby Stebleton (Mike Conant), Corey Tye, Haley Angle, Brayden Angle, Sophie Angle, Zander Angle and Tymber Carsey; 5 great-granddaughters; sisters, Donna Brown and Kaye (Roy) Roush; and many loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband and parents.

Honoring Vickie’s wishes, cremation will take place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
