Velma, you probably won't remember me I'm so far in your past.  I am Joe and Ruby Meredith's daughter.  Jimmy's dad was my first cousin.  I am truly sorry that I never knew JImmy, but I have heard wonderful things about him from Grace.  My thoughts and prayers are with you and all his family.  May God bless you all.

I didn't get to know you long but I enjoyed every minute talking with you. Even when you made fun of me always being lost : ) You were truly a calming wonderful presence. Keep watch over your baby and wife they need your presence. You are going to be missed save us all a spot up there.

Jimmy was an inspiration to us all. He didn't allow the little things in life to bother him. We will miss you my friend! Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Jimmy was an excellent Night Chairman and a valuable source of information for the members he represented.
