

He was hardworking, compassionate, successful, generous and supportive. He was always there to help someone in need. He was also loving, inspirational and sympathetic. He loved being a grandfather. He loved his children, wife and family very much. He loved landscaping and working in his yard at his lake house.
Oscar was preceded in death by his parents; Matt C. and Mary Deaton Neace, his previous wife; Laura Lee Neace “Omie”, his sister; Jean Starkey and brothers; Fred Neace, Wilson Neace and Jack Neace.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife; Patricia Armstrong-Neace, his children; Susan Neace-Everett, James Matt (Melissa) Neace and Christopher David Neace, his nine grandchildren; Brittany Everett, Kahner Everett, Makynlee Everett, Kamryn Neace, James Matt Neace Jr., William Joshua Neace, Christopher David Neace Jr., Brandon Beil and Megan Wagner, four great grandchildren, three brothers; Luther Neace, Bo Neace, and Matt Neace Jr., and five sisters; Alice Parker, Norma Verst, Brenda Pattison, Doris Schmidt and Eunice Courtney.

Memorial service will be livestreamed for all those who cannot attend.
Following the memorial service there will be a Celebration of Life at Spivey Village Club House located at 2019 Walt Stephens Road in Jonesboro, GA 30236.
