Crystal was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on September 19, 1976 to Phillip Jurek and Karen Meadows Jurek. She was an early childhood education teacher. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Mary and Edward Jurek; uncles, Wayne Hall and Jake Jurek. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Trent Jurek of Jupiter; brothers, Phillip and his wife Dawn Jurek Jr. of North Palm Beach, John Jurek of Jupiter; sisters, Beth Jurek and her spouse James Johnson of Jupiter, Melissa Durbin of North Palm Beach, Sara and her husband Christopher Landress of Jupiter; maternal grandfather, Donald Meadows, as well as a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Service will be held at Church in the Gardens, 3937 Holly Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33410 on November 17, 2016 at 3 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made for her son, Trent Jurek, at PNC Bank.
