69, of Palm Beach Gardens passed away on January 11, 2014. Joe retired from the US Army after 20 years of service.
Joe is survived by his loving wife Deb; children Joe Neumann, Michelle May, Bill Stow, and Todd Neumann; 10 grandchildren; his sister Louise and his brother Bill.
